Tensions flare in the final trailer for The Man From U.N.C.L.E. as natural spy enemies Napoleon Solo (Henry Cavill) and Illya Kuryakin (Armie Hammer) must come to terms with one another if they are to work together and save the world.
Set against the backdrop of the early 1960s at the height of the Cold War, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. centers on CIA agent Napoleon Solo (Cavill) and KGB agent Illya Kuryakin (Hammer). Forced to put aside longstanding hostilities, the two spies team up on a joint mission to stop a mysterious international criminal organisation, which is bent on destabilising the fragile balance of power through the proliferation of nuclear weapons and technology. The duo’s only lead is the daughter of a vanished German scientist, who is the key to infiltrating the criminal organisation, and they must race against time to find him and prevent a worldwide catastrophe.
The new trailer for Guy Ritchie’s latest certainly packs in the action, along with plenty of sixties cool. Audiences will be in for one very groovy time with these warring allies on August 11.
