The breathtaking world of cult Japanese anime director Mamoru Oshii’s Ghost in the Shell is being realised for a new generation, in what can only be described as a transcendent cinematic experience.
A brand new featurette has just been released and discusses director Rupert Sanders’ approach to adapting the anime for a live action audience. It also touches on Scarlett Johansson’s performance as The Major and her experience of getting to work alongside Oshii on the project.

Ghost in the Shell will be released in cinemas on March 30 in New Zealand and Australia and on March 31 in the US and UK.
