While the world knows the story of so many astronauts, very few appreciate the little known geniuses throughout history who helped launch them into space. Enter Hidden Figures.

Starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, and Janelle Monáe, the film tells the story of three African American mathematicians at NASA who were the force behind the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit. Facing obstacles at every turn, they use their smarts, courage and friendship to steer real change at the organisation, while helping to making history.

Hidden Figures will be released on January 13, 2017 in the US and UK and on January 26, 2017 in New Zealand and Australia.
