Director Daniel Espinosa is taking his audience into the terrors of the cosmos with his creepy new space thriller Life, which has now premiered a brand new trailer.
Here’s the synopsis:
When six astronauts make an unprecedented discovery of extraterrestrial life at the International Space Station, they realise it is an event that could change all of human history. But their discovery soon turns deadly, and the six must band together in an effort to destroy the alien organism before it arrives back on earth.
The new trailer is packed with chilling scares and Espinosa puts his audience right in the heart of the terror as this new alien threatens the lives of the astronauts. Espinosa also utilises the space environment to craft something very unsettling with the use of zero gravity and confined claustrophobic spaces.
Prepare to witness this new space terror when Life is released in cinemas on May 23 in New Zealand and Australia, and on May 24 in the US and UK.
