Tom Hiddleston lives it up in new ‘High-Rise’ trailer
Ben Wheatley’s latest directorial effort looks to be boundary-pushing in every sense, with luscious visuals and a dreamy cast of fresh faces and established talent.
High-Rise made its debut during last year’s Toronto International Film Festival, and stars Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Irons, Sienna Miller, Luke Evans, and Elizabeth Moss. A new trailer made its way online yesterday, and plays out like a sumptuous fever dream.

Based on the novel by J.G. Ballard, High-Rise stars Tom Hiddleston as Dr. Robert Laing, a young physician who finds himself living in the self-contained community of an exclusive high-rise. But when a dangerous situation develops, chaos and insanity ensues among the residents.
Tom Hiddleston is perfectly cast as the sharp and handsome Laing, while Luke Evans also looks to have a pivotal role as one of the ‘lower class’ residents of the high-rise. With acting legend Jeremy Irons playing the mysterious architect Anthony Royal, you can bet that High-Rise is going to be an intense cinematic experience when it’s released in UK cinemas on March 18.
