So he’s won an Oscar, worked with every major film director in the business, and is in the wonderful position of having his pick of the lot when it comes to jobs. But what is next for Leonardo DiCaprio?
Previous reports tied him with Martin Scorsese’s adaptation of Erik Larson’s The Devil in the White City, from a screenplay written by Billy Ray (Captain Phillips). It’s a screwy true story and certainly an interesting one to tackle given its subject matter.
THR has also reported that the actor is attached to Conquest, a Paramount project set to be written by The Revenant co-screenwriter Mark L. Smith. There’s not much known about the project itself, but with Leo’s schedule clear things could come to light in the not too distant future.
Whether he journeys into the unknown or continues with a string of hard-hitting dramas and thrillers we’ll have to wait and see.
