An explosion of colour and madness awaits in new ‘Suicide Squad’ spots
The mad geniuses behind the biggest cinematic event of the year have now offered us an intriguing new look into the completely wild film that is Suicide Squad.
A batch of quick-fire promos offer up plenty of fun footage including backgrounds on each of the twisted characters that DC Comics are introducing to its growing cinematic universe.
These spots provide an insight into characters that have so far remained a mystery to us including Cara Delevingne’s Enchantress, Jai Courtney’s Captain Boomerang, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje’s Killer Croc, Jay Hernandez’s El Diablo and Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller.
From the very beginning David Ayer has taken a non-traditional approach to this psychotic group of characters, and his innovative thinking and ability to keep his cards close to his chest is sure to pay off when Suicide Squad is released.

Suicide Squad will be released in cinemas on August 4 in New Zealand and Australia and on August 5 in the US and UK.
