Jon Snow may be the most famous bastard on television but Owen Wilson and Ed Helms are about to take the cake on the big screen in Bastards.
The film finds two brothers at a loss when their mother (Glenn Close) reveals that she lied about their father and isn’t exactly sure who he is. They then set off on a road trip to find their real dad, while learning that their mother slept with many famous men in the 70s.
Interestingly, the film sees first-time director Lawrence Sher taking the reigns, though he’s no stranger to films. Sher has worked on a string of high profile films including The Hangover and The Dictator as cinematographer.
Bastards will be released in cinemas early next year.
