Shane Black’s The Predator is one badass piece of cinema to be excited about, and following on from the arrival of the first trailer we now have an adrenaline charged new spot.

Check it out below:

From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home. The universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag mercenary (Boyd Holbrook) and a disgruntled scientist (Olivia Munn) can prevent the end of the human race.

This new spot throws audiences right into the action and centers their attention on Special Forces soldier Quinn McKenna (Boyd Holbrook) who after discovering the existence of the Predators on earth and living to tell about it is thrown into the nut house with a bunch of crazy former vets while he’s assessed by a shady government organization.

Holbrook is all kinds of badass here as Quinn, and is clearly not one to play by the rules given his job as a Spec Ops assassin. But when it turns out that he’ll have to rumble with the Predators, well, that’s when things get gnarly and Quinn is forced to team-up with these nut jobs to take out the invaders before its too late.

But the action doesn’t stop there, and not only do we have the return of the Predators, but it appears that a there’s a bit of strife going on between the hunters that is spilling over into their own interstellar Civil War. And while we have the quintessential Predator, the new spot also drops in an appearance from a freakishly scary new Hybrid Predator who is absolutely jacked and is one hell of a monster! Yep, the stakes have been raised….and their definitely will be blood.

Get ready for one wicked action riot when The Predator arrives in cinemas on
