Shane Black’s The Predator is a film to get really excited about, and following on from the first trailer and an intense new spot we now have a brand new look into this raw piece of filmmaking.

Check out the new trailer below:

From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home. The universe’s most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag mercenary (Boyd Holbrook) and a disgruntled scientist (Olivia Munn) can prevent the end of the human race.

Black holds nothing back with this new trailer and in terms of violence, gore and serious R-rated language, this new trailer pushes the boundaries of the green band label! It also goes without saying that if you’re afraid of a little blood, well, this probably isn’t for you, but if you’re up for some Spec Ops vs Alien carnage….well you’ve come to the right place.

Not only do we have the return of the lethal alien hunters The Predators, but this time they appear to be at odds with a more advanced genetically engineered Super Predator species, and these two groups appear to be at war with one another. This of course is bound to lead to all kinds of chaos up on screen and the action looks brutal.

Thrown into this maelstrom is a ragtag group of messed-up Army vets led by former Army Ranger turned Spec Ops assassin Quinn McKenna (Boyd Holbrook), who finds himself stuck in the middle of the mess and at war with both of these lethal species. But Quinn ain’t one to just roll over and he and his men are packing some serious hardware to take the fight to these monsters! So it goes without saying that there’s gonna be some serious action here and Black has poured a lot of lead and gunpowder into making this beast of a movie come to life.

If you’re an action junkie like myself then I can definitely recommend you get ready for The Predator on September 13 because this is gonna be one wild ride.
