‘The Boys’ are here to cause plenty of chaos
I’m always looking for things that are gonna ramp up the crazy and the all-star team behind Preacher are ready to let the mania out with this smashmouth anti-supehero tale in The Boys.

The Boys takes place in “a world where superheroes embrace the darker side of their massive celebrity and fame” and “revolves around a group of vigilantes known informally as “the boys,” who set out to take down corrupt superheroes with no more than blue-collar grit and a willingness to fight dirty.
This quickfire trailer packs a hell of a lot of footage in real quickly and it’s pretty clear that we’re dealing with a whole lot of trouble as a group of violently rogue vigilante’s known as The Boys and made up of Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), ‘Wee’ Hughie Campbell (Jack Quaid), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), The Female (Karen Fukuhara) and The Frenchman (Tomer Kapon) decide to go to war with a superhero team called The Seven….who are not as heroic as they appear to be.
The trailer is a flurry of violence and madness and I’m well excited for the showdown between stars Karl Urban as Billy Butcher, The Boys psychotically violent leader and Antony Starr as The Homelander, the demented Ubermensch leader of The Seven. I mean put it this way we’ve got a showdown between two of the biggest badasses ever (Judge Dredd vs Lucas Hood!!!) and it’s certainly gonna get MENTAL!
Shockingly violent and completely over-the-top The Boys looks like it’ll be one hell of a wild ride when it arrives on screen on.
