2020 is shaping up to be a very exciting year for filmgoers, and one of the year’s most anticipated films, and certainly one of it’s most exciting, is sure to be Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman prequel, The King’s Man.

The new trailer has arrived and it has some amazing footage in it, which coupled with the film’s WWI setting and its innovative action sequences, is sure to get audiences amped up.

Check out the new trailer below:

Here’s the full synopsis:

As a collection of history’s worst tyrants and criminal masterminds gather to plot a war to wipe out millions, one man must race against time to stop them. Discover the origins of the very first independent intelligence agency in The King’s Man.

Building off of the first teaser trailer, this new full length trailer focuses in on the battle between The Duke of Oxford (Ralph Fiennes) and his protegee Conrad (Harris Dickinson) in the newly formed Kingsman Intelligence Service as they try to stop a host of dangerous villains from bringing the world into further ruin following the events of WWI.

Vaughn has long had a flair for the dramatic and his creativity is on full display here as he brings real life historical figures including Rasputin (Rhys Ifans) and King George V, Kaiser Wilhelm II and Tsar Nicholas II (all played by Tom Hollander) into the action, and mixes it up with his usual action flair that we’ve come to expect from the Kingsman franchise….and the results are damn cool.

Ralph Fiennes looks like he’s having a blast here in his role as The Duke of Oxford, a former soldier and adventurer in the form of Scott and Shackleton who is talented with a saber and who jumps into the action in very dashing form.

Get ready for a thoroughly wild ride when The King’s Man arrives in cinemas next year on February 13.
