Ryan Reynolds announces work on ‘Deadpool 3’
It’s been a very busy year for superstar actor Ryan Reynolds with films such as Detective Pikachu, 6 Underground and filming commencing on Free Guy taking up much of his time. But the actor has not forgotten about the ‘merc with a mouth’ and he recently shared updates for an in-development Deadpool 3.
In an interview with Live With Kelly and Ryan, Reynolds discussed Deadpool 3 and meetings with Marvel Studios and said that fans can expect to see the return of this sharp witted and heavily armed superhero in the near future.
“We’re working on it with the whole team,” said Reynolds when asked whether we’re likely to see him returning as the Merc with a Mouth for Deadpool 3. “We’re over at Marvel now, which is like the big leagues all of a sudden. It’s kind of crazy.”
Back in October Reynolds took to his Instagram and shared a shot of himself touring Marvel Studios and this sent many into a tailspin with the possibility that we’d soon see Reynolds joining the MCU as Deadpool.
While we’re still a long way from knowing about any types of details about Deadpool 3 it’s shaping up to be a very fun time for Marvel fans with the impending arrival of Reynolds and Deadpool to the MCU.
