Now new details have arrived related to the upcoming Captain Marvel sequel and it’s moving fast towards production.
The Hollywood Reporter has reported that screenwriter Megan McDonnell, who has been working on WandaVision, is now in line to write the new sequel and that the action of the sequel will move to the present day for the sequel.
New details have also emerged that Captain Marvel directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck will not return to direct the sequel, and that Marvel Studios is seeking an up and coming female director to helm it instead.
