It’s Super Bowl time! And that means I’m pulling for the Chiefs to take out Super Bowl LV (as my Steelers didn’t make the cut), but in keeping with the festivities of the Super Bowl we also have some epic new trailers courtesy of the half-time show, and the official first trailer for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier has just landed! And this one is BOSS!!

Watch the full trailer for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier below:

Here’s the official synopsis:

After being handed the mantle of Captain America at the end of Avengers: Endgame, Sam Wilson teams up with Bucky Barnes in a worldwide adventure that puts their abilities to the test as they fight the anarchist group the Flag-Smashers.

Packed to the brim with action and adventure, this event-level trailer for The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is teasing an epic streaming event on Disney+ with a show that is a full-on six-hour action movie, and long time Marvel fans will be amped for this one!

Packed to the brim with epic action moments, this new teaser showcases a series that is equal parts tech thriller and buddy-cop comedy and stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan own it on screen as Sam Wilson/The Falcon and Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier, and this one really amps you up.

Alongside the brazen action, and perfect comedic timing of Mackie and Stan, we also see the return of Emily VanCamp’s Sharon Carter/Agent 13, who has been missing since the events of Captain America: Civil War and who pulls Sam and Bucky back into a fight against a dangerous new adversary, who is lead by an old foe.

That old foe is Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo, a former Sokovian commando turned terrorist who is now leading anarchist terrorist organisation The Flag Smashers, who are ready to light the world on fire, unless Sam, Bucky and Sharon can stop them. A showdown is building between Baron Zemo and the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and this one is gonna be intense!
