Vin Diesel is once again ready to bring with it, and there’s plenty of epic blockbuster action in the brand new trailer for Fast & Furious 9. And this new trailer delivers plenty of big hits and even bigger surprises.

Check out the all-new new trailer below:

Here’s the official synopsis:

After the events of The Fate of the Furious, Dominic Toretto and his family must face Dominic’s younger brother Jakob, a deadly assassin, who is manipulated by their old enemy Cipher.

This new trailer for Fast & Furious 9 just jumps right off the screen and the action looks insane. We’ve got everything from a literal ‘rocket-powered car’ to high-flying cars and Diesel’s Dominic Toretto literally flying a car between two mountains! The action is intense and truly dialled up here and it’s clear that director Justin Lin and Diesel had a blast making this one.

What’s even more exciting is that this new trailer also confirms a brand new release date for Fast & Furious 9 which will now arrive in cinemas on June 25 2021.

The theme of family is also built out here and Fast & Furious 9 gets personal for Diesel’s Dominic Toretto as this time he’s facing off against John Cena’s super-assassin and world-class criminal Jakob Torretto, the long-lost little brother of Dom. There’s plenty of bad blood between these two and you can expect plenty of punch ups and a whole heap of bad attitude as these two go head-to-head.

Alongside Cena squaring up against Dom, we also see the return of Charlize Theron’s Cypher and she’s back for revenge following her humiliating defeat at the hands of Dom in The Fate of The Furious and it’s going to be a baller showdown. The rest of the cast is packed out by long-standing members of the Fast Family including Michelle Rodriguez as Lettie Ortiz, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges as Tej Parker, Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey and Helen Mirren as Magdalene “Queenie” Shaw.

Fast & Furious 9 was packed together with action and intense family drama, but the highlight of the travel came at the end of it with the reveal that Sung Kang’s Han Lue, who was supposedly killed by Jason Statham’s Deckard Shaw in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift is seemingly alive and that there may very well be justice for Han after all.

Get ready for one intense adrenaline rush when Fast & Furious 9 arrives in cinemas on June 25, 2021.
