Here’s the official synopsis:
Moon Knight follows Steven Grant (Oscar Isaac), a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
Taking audiences inside the mind-bending action of Moon Knight, which has been described by cast member May Calamay who plays Layla El-Faouly as being like ‘Fight Club meets Indiana Jones‘, Moon Knight is about to seriously shift up the MCU into an entirely new direction.
Noted actor Oscar Isassc stars in the dual roles of the mild-mannered nobody Steven Grant and brutal mercenary Marc Spector in this tale of identity and he soon transforms into the vengeance-crazed Moon Knight. Both Isaac and series showrunner Mohamed Diab have focused in on the series dissection of mental health issues and their application to this superhero character, and with its innovative character and his multiple personalities, Moon Knight will be like nothing you’ve seen before.
