The film chronicles the life and career of singer and actor Elvis Presley, from his early days as a child to becoming a rock and roll and movie star, as well as his complex relationship with his manager Colonel Tom Parker.

Building off the excitement generated by this year’s MET Gala appearance, along with the original trailer, Elvis is hoping up to be one hell of an event movie and with this film we’ll see the entire breadth of The King’s career as he changes the very nature of what music could be.

Star Austin Bustler utterly transforms into The King, and his presence and swagger as Elvis Presley is incredible to watch, as is the magnetism of Hollywood legend, Tom Hanks, as Presley’s manager, confidante and sometimes antagonist Colonel Tom Parker. Together the two of them, under Luhrmann’s vision tell an incredible, awe-inspiring story, and Elvis has the making of a cinematic experience that will be utterly mesmerizing to look upon.
