Here’s the official synopsis:

A faction of shapeshifting aliens, the Skrulls, have infiltrated all aspects of life on Earth.

Taking audiences into a new path of the MCU, Secret Invasion has a terrific alien-invasion/conspiracy theory narrative to work from, and thus trailer is packed full of extreme dramatic moments as Fury battles a rogue element of The Skrulls who threaten all of the earth.

Dark, brooding and packed out with twists and turns, Secret Invasion looks like a hell of a lot of fun, and audiences who are wanting an adrenaline rush will be pleased.

Along with the return of Jackson, Secret Invasion also sees the return of Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Don Cheadle as James “Rhodey” Rhodes and Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, while new members to the MCU include Academy Award winner Olivia Coleman who plays an old alley to Fury, Emilia Clarke, and Kingsley Ben-Adir who steps up as a new big bad for the MCU as the series lead, and thus far, an unnamed new threat.
