Watch the first trailer now:
Here’s the official synopsis:
Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne, along with Hope’s parents Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne, go on a new adventure exploring the Quantum Realm.
Picking up following the events of Ant-Man and the Wasp and Avengers: Endgame, former thief turned superhero Scott Lang/Ant-Man alongside his lover and partner Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp are sucked into a bold new adventure that sees them journeying to the hidden universe of the Quantum Realm where they encounter a bold and dangerous new villain in the form of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) who offers them a choice.
This new trailer, which is set to a new interpretation of Elton John’s ‘Yellow Brick Road’ is vibrant and packed out with visual splendour, and many new possibilities await the Lang/Pym family in the Quantum Realm. This new teaser gives audiences a taste of what is to follow and there are going to be some very interesting action moments that arrive up on the screen.
Audiences will be pumped with this trailer as they finally get their first look at the new MCU big bad in the form of Jonathan Majors Kang the Conqueror. Bold, decisive and possessed of a dangerous intelligence, Kang is an altogether different kind of villain for the MCU and Majors introduction as Kang is delivered with serious melodramatic thought and presence. While it’s only our first look at Kang there’s a true authority to his presence and he’s sure to be a bold new threat for the MCU to combat.
Brace yourself for excitement, sci-fi thrills and all the fun of the MCU when Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania arrives in cinemas next year on February 16, 2023.
