Christmas time always makes for a marvellous time out at the cinema and one of the years biggest treats will arrive with the much anticipated family-musical Wonka. Starring rising star Timothée Chalamet, and directed by Paul King (Paddington), Wonka is set to explore how Willy Wonka became the celebrated chocolatier that world loves and adores.

The story of how Willy Wonka went from a young adult selling chocolate in a small candy store to an eccentric genius known all over the world.
The nearly three-minute long trailer packs in an astounding amount of footage, and gives audiences a grand look at this extremely magical and impressive film. Paul King Has let his imagination run loose on the grandest cinematic canvas, and there’s some incredible set pieces made for audiences, along with the back and forth banter between Willy (Chalamet) and a rogue Oompa-Loompa played by Hugh Grant.
Along with showcasing the beauty, fun and sparkles that awaits in Willy’s journey to become a magical confectionary maker, King also sets up his grand duel with the ‘Chocolate Cartel’, a group of scheming, and hilarious group of baddies that include Paterson Joseph as Arthur Slugworth, Matt Lucas as Prodnose and Mathew Baynton as Ficklegruber, and Wiolly’s knack for invention and thinking outside the box is sure to give him the upper hand.
