Forensic accountant Chris Wolff (Affleck) appears very unassuming, but behind his mathematical genius lies a calculating darkness that he uses to great effect as a hired assassin.

Affleck really amps up the creep factor here as the quiet Wolff, who with a multitude of frightening mannerisms, and an aptitude for lethal violence, appears almost as a ‘Man with No Name’ for a brand new generation.

Director Gavin O’Connor (Warrior, Pride & Glory) looks to have drawn inspiration from the taught action thrillers of the 1970s in the film’s tempo and speed.

Pray that this mathematician isn’t given the job to do your taxes when The Accountant is released in cinemas on October 14 in the US and UK and on November 3 in Australia and New Zealand.

The new minute-long trailer reveals some new footage of Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Lex Luthor, and even includes a few shots from Batman’s nightmare vision of the future.

The whole world is pumped for this must-see movie which will be released on March 4 in Australia and New Zealand and on March 5 in the US and UK.

A tweet from Exhibitor Relations confirmed the new title, as well as establishing the release date as February 10, 2017.

Keanu Reeves will travel to Rome to kick some Italian ass as JOHN WICK: CHAPTER TWO drops 2/10/17.

Director Chad Stahelski is returning to the film, and Reeves will again be joined by Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, Bridget Moynahan, and Lance Reddick, while new cast members include Common as Wick’s main adversary, along with Ruby Rose (who is rumored to be a mafia godmother), and the brilliant Peter Stormare.

Filming is set to kick off soon, and action fans will be in for a wicked time in 2017 when John Wick returns.

5. “Two dozen hostiles on the third floor.”

The new trailer starts off with a bang, as Batman expertly tears through a group of bad guys. It’s an action moment straight out of the comics, and showcases just how much of a force of nature Ben Affleck’s Batman truly is, giving credit to the ruthlessness of the ‘Bat Vigilante’.

4. “Even you’ve got too old to die young. Not for lack of trying.”

Alfred Pennyworth (Jeremy Irons) is front and center in the new trailer, and while he clearly appears to be helping Bruce Wayne in his mission as Batman, there’s a certain ‘I told you so’ wit and disapproving banter that is amusing to see. From all the trailers so far it appears that Alfred may not be entirely supportive of Bruce’s mission to destroy Superman, and with an actor of this caliber and class taking on the role, you can bet that there’ll be plenty of conflict between the characters.

3. The batmobile in action

With a roar of explosive power the Batmobile comes to life, and as a taste of what’s to come we see Batman taking to the streets of Gotham and Metropolis to hunt down the Man of Steel.

Diana of Themyscira is here, and while sly billionaire Bruce Wayne tries to make a move, this princess isn’t one to fall under his spell. Gal Gadot is in complete control as the sassy princess, and this is just one of many mind games that we’ll see played out between these two characters.

We know that an epic brawl will unfold between the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel, but this new teaser offers the single coolest trailer moment yet: the look of shock on Superman’s face when Batman appears to be able to put a stop to his punch. Whoever thought this was going to be a one-sided fight will definitely be in for a surprise.

Prepare yourselves for 2016’s biggest movie event when Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is released in cinemas on March 24 in Australia and New Zealand and on March 25 in the US and UK.
