And that’s exactly where we pick-up with the brand new trailer for Avengers: Endgame.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Set following the cataclysmic events of Avengers: Infinity War, the remaining Avengers fight to re-set the balance of the universe and destroy Thanos forever.

The new trailer for Avengers: Endgame is a quick-fire look at a universe that has been decimated by Thanos. While Tony Stark is lost adrift in space with no idea of how he will get back to Earth, Steve Rogers, Natasha Ramanoff and the remaining Avengers try to think of a way to set things right.

But while share horror of Thanos’ actions might be rippling through the cosmos, there is also an unexpected hope that arises here and the fight is still on.

The footage presented here is a great first tease and we get to see the re-introduction of characters such as Clint Barton/Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) who now appears to be a far darker and more extreme version of himself, along with the presence of the ever optimistic Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) who may just offer the Avengers with the solution they need to reset the universe and stop Thanos for good.

It doesn’t get much more amazing than this and you can be sure that Avengers: Endgame is going to be one hell of a rush when it arrives in cinemas next year in April 2019.
