No Syllabus, Just Chaos. Welcome back to ‘Gen V’
Fans attending the Prime Video panel at CCXP México over the weekend were treated to an exciting first look at the second season of Gen V, the acclaimed series that expands the Emmy Award-winning world of The Boys with its own chilling and satirical edge.
Cast members Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, London Thor, and Derek Luh participated in the thrilling panel where they revealed that the highly anticipated second season will premiere on Wednesday, September 17.
In addition to a large-scale panel, audiences were also treated to a first look at the series with the arrival of Season Two’s new trailer. Check it out below:
Here’s the official synopsis for Season Two of Gen V:
In Season Two, school is back in session. As the rest of America adjusts to Homelander’s iron fist, back at Godolkin University, the mysterious new Dean preaches a curriculum that promises to make students more powerful than ever. Cate and Sam are celebrated heroes, while Marie, Jordan, and Emma reluctantly return to college, burdened by months of trauma and loss. But parties and classes are hard to care about with war brewing between Humans and Supes, both on and off campus. The gang learns of a secret program that goes back to the founding of Godolkin University that may have larger implications than they realize. And, somehow, Marie is a part of it.

This second season of Gen V looks incredibly wild, and crazy and is definitely not where I thought we would be going following the conclusion of Season One, and audiences looking for something completely out there, will get it with this brand new series that will take place following the events of Season Four of The Boys, where the Supes have declared their own version of martial law, and events in Season Two of Gen V will lead into next year’s penultimate season of The Boys. And all hell is going to break loose!
Season Two of Gen V will premiere on Prime Video on September 17 with the first three episodes. New episodes will follow weekly, leading up to a full-throttle season finale on Wednesday, October 22.
