The storm is brewing in new trailer for Prime Video’s ‘The Terminal List’
Season One of Prime Video’s adaptation of Jack Carr’s hard-hitting thriller The Terminal List was all about one simple thing. Revenge. Season Two is about something different. Redemption. Now ahead of this new chapter, we’ve got a fresh insight into Navy SEAL turned vigilante James Reece (Chris Pratt), and his path to find his soul once more will lead this warrior closer to death than ever before.

From the best-selling novels of the same name, The Terminal List centers on Navy SEAL Commander James Reece (Chris Pratt) as he battles unknown conspiratorial forces seeking to upend the world order. This season comes from Jack Carr’s second novel, True Believer, where he puts James Reece on a journey of violent redemption, finding a new purpose after finishing his list.
Building off of the intensity of the first teaser trailer for Season Two, the new trailer expands the action points that we’ve previously seen and highlight a for more international conspiracy, and all points of intrigue and deapth all point right back to James Reece.
On what Season Two of The Terminal List means to him, series star and producer Chris Pratt, who has championed the work of Jack Carr ever since the publication of The Terminal List back in 2018 was very open about the meaning of this series for him and audiences.
“This season is a love letter to the special operations community,” Pratt says. “I’m incredibly proud of the journey we went on and what we were able to put on screen. It was a monumental effort by a lot of people over the course of many years, and I think you can feel that commitment in every frame. Yes, it’s an action thriller, but there’s also real beauty and poetry in it. At its heart, this season is dedicated to the men and women who do this work—the people who operate in the shadows, make extraordinary sacrifices, and rarely ask for recognition. We wanted to honor them and get it right. I couldn’t be more proud of what we made.”
Building on the standard set in Season One, authenticity remains a core pillar of The Terminal List. Executive Producer and former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw and Executive Producer and former Army Ranger Max Adams oversee the action and authenticity work, joined by military veterans contributing as writers, actors, on-set technical advisors, and directors — including former Navy SEAL Ray Mendoza (Warfare). The series continues its commitment to portraying the mindset, brotherhood, and moral complexity of Special Operations with respect and realism.
