The Beginning of The End is here as the Final Trailer for the Final Season of Prime Video’s The Boys has arrived, and with the promise of shock and awe, blood and bone, and the ascension of Homelander into that of a literal god the drama, action, chaos and mental twists, turns and shocks of this final chapter of The Boys promises to be utterly diabolical!

Here’s the official synopsis:
In the fifth and final season, it’s Homelander’s world, completely subject to his erratic, egomaniacal whims. Hughie, Mother’s Milk, and Frenchie are imprisoned in a “Freedom Camp.” Annie struggles to mount a resistance against the overwhelming Supe force. Kimiko is nowhere to be found. But when Butcher reappears, ready and willing to use a virus that will wipe all Supes off the map, he sets in motion a chain of events that will forever change the world and everyone in it. It’s the climax, people. Big stuff’s gonna happen.
With Homelander (Antony Starr) firmly in control of the world, and their being no line left for him to cross as he holds supreme power and authority, we now find the remnants of former covert black ops team and dedicated supe hit team The Boys, pulled back together by a terminally dangerous Billy butcher (Karl Urban), and it’s about to get fucking mental!
Series showrunner Eric Kripke has thrown any kind of filter out of the window (not to any kind of guard rails that stopped him before), but it’s all been ramped up for Season Five, and there’s plenty of crazy being offered here. And this chiefly concerns Hiomelander’s hunt for the legendary V1, Vaut’s first iteration of Compund V, which, if he got his hands on it would make him immortal.
Add in Butcher’s one-way appetite for destruction, Soldier Boy’s return, the Deep and Black Noir’s manosphere podcast, a whole heap of wanton chaos and plenty of explosive action, not to mention the fact that Kimiko, aka The Female (Karen Fukuhara) can now talk, and it’s about to get crazy.
All the stops have been brought out for Season Five, and this includes a talented new line-up of guest stars featuring Daveed Diggs, Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins, along with some utterly mental action, and the return of the ever-lovable Terror (played in a final beautiful performance by Bentley the Bulldog), and it’s all making for a must-watch event!
Ready yourself for something totally wild, uncontrollable, exceedingly raw, and just straight up wicked when The final season of The Boys arrives on Prime Video on April 8, with the epic, bloody and diabolical final episode set to premiere on May 20.
